Mel Curth the TA in this situation needs to sue. This was absolutely a targeted effort and TPUSA and OU need to be held responsible. It is absolutely disgusting how this was handled.

Remember everyone this OU situation is about purging Trans people from society especially those in positions of power. It is not a first amendment issue, as the first amendment does not guarantee you a good grade. You must do the assignment and follow the rubric.
