I had a lot of thoughts.

All this to say I added cranberry syrup to my drip coffee. Then had to add the okinawa brown sugar to the mug cause the roast and syrup combo was too tangy so now it’s sweet. I ran out of oatmilk - which could have helped - so it’s black.

Apparently going coarser could make it more sour. I knew it was one way or the other. 🥴🤌

Next time I buy beans I’m asking for their dark. Or a South American bean. I think I got two Ethiopians and their notes are just too sour. The one I’m using as espresso is not as bad as the drip. Or I need to grind it course.

There’s only really been one Red Tailed Hawk hanging around but they seem uninterested in those trees.
