Attn the cats have been introduced. Nose booping has occurred I REPEAT WE HAVE NOSE BOOP. And also some corrective bopping but entirely appropriate.

Post glazing, cracks are hardly noticeable, she has a pink belly and dark eyes, white all over with dark little toenails Left, the real thing who left us in April at the ripe age of 19, right, the final glazed version looking benevolent and with a sense of motion to her ears and paws

A rough clay shape of an underwater cave with a tower attached and multiple openings of different shapes The biggest opening has a lintel, below it is a treasure chest, and a conch shell has taken shape on the right. Sea stars and urchins cascade down the left side. It would be at home in a fish tank Post glazing, you can see reef-like ridges on the back and side slits to let the light out. The nightlight is white and wavy pink and blue. More sea creatures are visible, a little sea horse and small shells The reef nightlight from the front, looking appropriate waterlogged and ready for me to figure out how to get a light bulb in there

A hand built beehive in a brown clay body with hexagonal cutouts The beehive after bisque firing, a lighter brown and from a higher angle so you can see the spiral top Glazing and awaiting the kiln, the beehive is glazed dripping yellow, still revealing the clay body. The spirals around the entry are glazed blue, orange and red, an attempt at drawing bees is visible and the base is green like it’s grown over with time — all the colors are muted and pastel for now The temple in its discarded glory, the yellow is glossy and speckled. The “tiles” show thru the green flooring and you can see inside to the candle-holding rings and window cut outs. Unclear if bees worship there or if it’s for worshipping bees.

Round black ceramic vessel with a small opening, with white and blue glossy glaze coming up from the bottom, revealing some matte clay body at the top Pomegranate inspired vessel with matte reddish glazes on a red clay body Three hand built ceramic vessels inspired by antiquity, a skidding dog vessel painted with a grid and line decorations in brown slip on a light tan clay body, a red vessel incised with beavers and a painted diamond pattern in white slip, and a taller vessel with applied decorations evoking a fertility god and top surgery scars, painted with dark brown textured slip and a glossy black top A tall white vessel with broad shoulders and a round base, handles and three colors of slip, moving from light tan to brown to dark brown, the neck is grooved, the light tan stripe is incised with the Cherokee syllabary, the brown stripe has incised short lines going horizontal and vertical in a pattern, the darkest stripe of slip is unfortunately patchy but we love it anyway
