2025 was one of my worst years yet even tho the spring was promising, the fall was devastating
My only proper goal for 2026 is to take care of myself (rest enough, feel my feelings, let others help, etc) and get through the year.
Idk if "happy new year" feels right, but may 2026 be kind to you

As I reflect on this last year and the upcoming year, I'm reminding myself that it's never too late to go back to the basics. Even when you are really experienced in something, you'd be surprised at the the things you might learn or be reminded of with a beginner's mindset.
