Are there people with that game without the threes? That seems like the only unique part when comparing that line to historical players.

the problem with Palo Alto for the last 25-35 years has been that it is a venture capital town instead of a college town.

Have the Royals said that Bubic is going back to relieving? You projected him as a reliever but RosterResource still has him as an SP and I haven't seen anything about him being switched back.

Is that meaningful? You can definitely ask them to delete your information now (via CCPA) and you can revoke their permission going forward, but I'm not sure what revoking their past permission actually means.

a minute left, ball on the 1, jags have no time outs left. is it ever correct to kneel down on first and take three shots with 25 seconds on the clock, or should they have just tried to score on first like they did?

Was Leonard that good today or did the Texans just sell out on stopping Taylor? I didn't get to see the game but Taylor at under 2 ypc makes me think they were daring Leonard to beat them.

A ruling asserting that "the people" only includes those who had political rights at the founding of the country, by a panel made up of two women and the nonwhite son of immigrants.

"In Gumbs’ view, the story of Lincoln football is best told through the lens of the multiple professional players who have emerged from the team"

I might have missed it in the story, but there are NFL players who went to Lincoln? Did you talk to any? Or are they playing in Europe or something?

looking at the full doc on @rparloff.bsky.social 's feed, it sounded more like the issue was that the govt was submitting docs in nonstandard ways and the judge is trying to get them to follow the rules. It didn't look quite as dire as sanctions. But you're a lawyer and I'm not so what do I know?

Wouldn't that group include the justices listening to this case?

Actually the dude has a leggings fetish and his wife wrote a blog post about it 10 years ago titled "Why I Chose to No Longer Wear Leggings":

'...he told me, “yeah, when I walk into a place and there are women wearing yoga pants everywhere, it’s hard to not look. I try not to, but it’s not easy.”'
Oregon Christian blogger gives up leggings to honor God and husband; sparks international debate
Thousands around the world have read her post. Media outlets from The Huffington Post to Christianity Today to Good Morning America have picked up the story. Critics have accused her of "slut-shaming"...

Huh. I got this a few days ago and it annoyed me but I didn't think about whether it was supposed to do that.

Also, winning a primary in a Democratic city has nothing to do with the overall makeup of the city, it's just a measure of how he appeals to the party. Mamdani's results are important for the party's direction because of his turnout numbers, not for how he does in the main election.

Given the emphasis on the unitary executive, do you think that this SC believes that it is impossible for Congress to pass a law that binds the President, or just that they haven't passed one that doesn't have loopholes sufficient for the President to evade their grasp?
