I do feel as if we’re on the precipice of drastic change. HCR has mentioned the phrase “slowly then suddenly” before & I feel like we’re about to be saying that.

I don't know which is the better metaphor. Was it more like that incredibly loud crack when ice shifts on a cold winters lake, or the sonic booms we would hear back in the 60's and 70's when aircraft broke the sound barrier? That 5-4 decision was memorable. I'm happy, at least momentarily.

If we allow them to get away with this, red states around the country will copy this playbook. It’s complete voter disenfranchisement.
A serious constitutional crisis is taking place in North Carolina where Republicans are trying to steal a state Supreme Court election by disenfranchising 60,000 voters AFTER the count and recount have showed the Democrat won.
