Life starts looking up when you don't feel like shit everyday. I wish I started caring about my health way earlier in my life but its never too late. Depression sucks but it can be fought against and does not have to define who you are. I still have my bad days but many good days as well.

This whole thread is rather insightful.
Peaceful protest is one of the most American things there is. We can disagree and still respect each other’s right to be heard. Calling this a “hate America” rally is wrong — these are people who love their country. Let’s end the hate.
