ADF's lawyer just cited the "desistance myth," the very false belief that most trans kids "grow out of it." I cannot use any public toilet in the UK under the current guide issued by the EHRC and championed by Sex Matters. In British legal jurisdiction, I do not even exist. My Danish passport would be rejected unless I provided the British state with my entire medical history. 🧵

The simple fact is, the KLPA have already dealt with this problem, and they did it by accepting and including their transgender sisters.
