As someone who remembers the old Bass (cheapest beer you could buy, was nearly a riot in Huddersfield when it went over £1 a pint), I was pleasantly surprised to find it a) in student pub The Star in Oxford and b) to be a really lovely, smooth ale.

I miss my grandparents very much indeed. But I know that they are dead and I will never see them again. To try and create a hollow marionette that vaguely mimics them seems, at best, like cruelty and, at worst, a way of trapping me in my grief in order to monetise it.

Not that it's in any way likely, but if you happen to walk past the Wesley Methodist Church in Belize City then cast a glance at the church hall next to it – I helped build that 😆
