So…Saturday evening we had a sewer line backup due to city trees roots. Thankfully it wasn’t sewer but it was clear water from our washing machine & dishwasher. Our basement is partially soaked. Finally got through to insurance and now awaiting an adjuster to call back. AAARGH!
