Is there an escaped serval cat loose in Central Valley, CA? Saw a large cat, at least 2 ft tall, along 5 fwy. 100% not a bob cat or mountain lion. I have seen many mountain lion and bob cat, this was neither. Far too tall and lank for domestic cat. Possibly a cross bred cat, but extremely tall

I do not recommend using the service Fresh Bins LA. Their truck discharged their liquid waste onto the freeway while they are driving. No cap on the discharge pipe, therefore, seems to be an intentional act. Contacted them via email and phone, no answer.
