#Grieving Got told my first "I understand you're hurting but get over it" from my coworker who in fact does not get it.

Crying and breaking down is such an honor
Grieving and mourning someone so important
That you're so unfathomably sad because you can't spend one more minute with a person
There's so much love and happiness in grief
So I'm not gonna be sad that I'm "still" sad
Because a part of my life that I cherished is gone
And I'll be happy to mourn and cry and break down and grieve whenever I want
It's part of it
I'm grateful I can mourn this deeply
