and so it's been for a long time...more people are noticing now. be one of them.

care must happen in community and everyone must be part of the structure of care

now the question is how do we develop community in the midst of dystopia?
You can be mad or sad or scared about that.

If you are a care provider you may feel you are “supposed” to be managing better or more impeccably.

Nope.

We are all just human and the notion that a whole helping class exists to clean up the mess so others don’t have to is another cultural myth.

everyone in the US is a narcissist. this accounts for the obsession with narcissism. Everything about our toxic individualism and capitalism demands narcissism to be "successful". At this point that includes surviving at all. (1 of 2)

It's disturbing to see how many otherwise radical people think that the DSM and psych diagnosis including autism are anything but labels for the patriarchy, white supremacy and capitalism to take advantage of. Decolonize medicine decolonize psychology decolonize psychiatry.

Individuation is not individualism.

We often punish, exile, imprison, crucify, assassinate, or devalue humans who have committed to walk an individuating path.

Many people still ask me for my “protocols.” The message I communicate for healing is that we are all different and our paths are also, therefore, going to be endlessly diverse.

spiritual texts are male dominated and therefore miss a whole lot of subtleties. What's worse is when women achieve high positions they tend to continue to parrot men rather than trust inherent differences in connectedness and union. A problem with all non-matriarchal societies.

Seasonal Affective Disorder and depression? or are we fighting nature?

I don’t use the term depression for any darkening of my experience, but I do find that there is a big natural shift in winter that encourages going inward and slowing down.
