Is there no remedy at all for this? The Speaker is clearly abusing his discretion and disenfranchising Arizona's 7th congressional district in the process. We have a rogue Trump-controlled Congress at present, and we need injunctive relief for REPRESENTATIVE Adelita S. Grijalva to be sworn in.
