I work at a library, and we offer so much more than books. Patrons have access to: 3D printers, a soundproof recording studio, Cricut machines, thousands of DVDs, board games, Legos, and free classes on writing, finances, ESL, book making, etc. Check out your public library, you might be surprised!

I don’t love the idea that there’s a “best” part of working in libraries. Cuz that implies the rest is worse.
There are TONS of great parts tho.
My personal favorite is watching people’s eyes light up when you tell them all the things they now have access to with a library card, plus it’s all FREE.

on here to say if you have access to a local library, get a library card!! it helps with library funding and also a lot of libraries allow you to read ebooks via an app called Libby (you can also send those ebooks to your kindle!!!)
