Tonight's film is the black and white The Call of Cthulhu movie from 2005. I've watched it before, but it's just been added to a streaming platform

If you've not seen it before, it's excellent. I think you can buy the DVD directly from the H P Lovecraft Society if anyone wants a physical copy

Watching season one of the remastered Blake's 7 blu rays. Excellent picture and sound, way better than the dvd set I used to have. The acting, writing and directing all shine and the optional re-done effects mean the original efforts aren't there to detract from the experience. Recommended.

Bandido is a rules-light, very accessible cooperative card-laying game that comes in a small package but don't let that fool you. It's also proves a challenging game to beat!

Yesterday I played Torchlight 2 for the first time. It was fun, albeit not quite as good as Diablo 3 (the combat doesnt feel as satisfying or varied)

Yesterday, @monolithx66.bsky.social and I beat Seteki and Ammit in the finale of Strange Brigade. Some tricky, but fun boss moments.

I also ran greedily into a treasure room and got trapped in a room full of mummies and had to be rescued by Mono X’s pet zombies
