This is a better way to talk about affordability - not just in the abstract, but with some real solutions. In this case, making LIHEAP easier to navigate, and allowing folks to claim heat pump tax credits up front instead of retroactively.
In the wealthiest society in the history of the world, no one should have to choose between feeding their family or staying warm during winter.
