My observation on Citizen Trump's sniveling outburst against those who told the truth today.

Dietrich Bonhoeffer, the anti-Hitler German minister who was executed for his opposition, explained that you cannot reason with stupid people.
Effectively, you can only motivate them with fear and anger, and once that's been accomplished, you can only deter them with more the same.

Under Citizen Trump's 'leadership', he incited a mailbomb attack on politicians and news outlets, lawlessly attacked (and maimed) peaceful protesters, aided a plague that killed a million more Americans than necessary, and ordered a domestic terrorist attack on the Capitol.
.
Thune is delusional.

Unfortunately for Tomi, Citizen Trump has done enough other things to be impeached twice, be convicted 34 times, be the first president to lose his reelection in half a century, be fined over $400 MM for defamation and fraud, and be voted the worst president in history by scholars. Twice.

If Ms. Noem understood her job, she'd know that one of Citizen Trump's first failures was the defeat of his Muslim (countries) Ban in the Supreme Court, and that it's Congress's job to set foreign policy, including refugee policy, not hers or Trump's.

Citizen Trump frequently contradicts himself in the same breath.
Either he has no idea what the MRI scan was of, or he knows it wasn't of his brain. It can't be both.
And when a pathological liar denies something, it's almost certainly the truth.

This suggests the EU believes that Mr Trump is a delusional megalomaniac.
And a Russian mole.
(Even the *attempt* to shield Putin would be "a historic mistake of huge proportions." Actually, Mr Trump has already tried to lift US sanctions vs Putin 3 times. A Senate resolution finally stopped him.)

Siri, what kind of people would buy a truck that looks like it was designed using cheese wedges?

An example of why I have muted Mr Trump for the past 9 years.

Falsely labeling people as "traitors" should be treated as incitement to violence.
Trump labeled CNN and a dozen Democrats "traitors", and Cesar Sayoc sent them mail bombs.
He labeled Nancy Pelosi a "traitor", and a supporter hunting her attacked and severely injured her husband with a hammer.

If Larry Summers sexually abused minors, which is what was proven against Jeffrey Epstein and is likely to be established against many of his associates in his sex trafficking business, then his victims deserve justice.
Only Republicans try to shield their criminal supporters.

Why did the Chair of the Senate Agriculture Committee ask RFK Jr to promise to stay out of agricultural matters?
What was he afraid would happen? And why did he approve Jr's nomination in the first place, if he had those concerns?
Republicans are the Face-Eating Leopards Party now.

Mr Vance wasn't paying attention. The Congress members who reminded members of the military that they are bound by the US Military Code of Justice and international law never mentioned the president.
So his allegations are false. That's felony libel.

"Secretary" Hegseth must have failed preschool to be making gaffes like this.

In Mr Trump's 1st impeachment trial, the House proved that:

- He offered the gov't of Ukraine a bribe of $391 million in military funding to create a sham trial of his opponent.

- He tried to steal gov't funds for his personal benefit.

- He emboldened Putin.

The Witkoff Whitewash is the same.

What the article lacked was evidence to support the claim that Mr Trump's calling for executions is new, or more dire than in the past.
His pattern and practice of employing stochastic terrorism to incite violent supporters, including Cesar Sayoc and the 1/6 domestic terrorists, is 12 years old.

McClain is a liar. Our military do not take an oath to their leader.
Our military was first commissioned on exactly the _opposite_ of that principle, because it is the primary mechanism of a dictatorship.
And our military are trained to recognize illegal orders, like war crimes.
