The reason Wooloo isn't usable in Pokémon Legends ZA or its DLC is because they were waiting for me to finally play it and drink the Wooloolong Tea (obvious tf trigger)

steam unprivated the game I bought and set as private and not only showed everyone I was playing it but also helpfully posted me getting achievements in it on the friends Activity tab
