Sadly I think the result would be the same with DOSBOX's own screenshot taking, even if it wasn't mostly black, it would prpbably be a tiny picture. Not sure why that function doesn't work with the gog version, it is still using dosbox after all, just in a weird, built in way.

Ah I thought when you said black screen, that it was an entirely black screen. What you see there, with the image in the top left and the rest is black is due to the game's original resolution. That's how small it would be with your actual screen's native resolution.

Suppose you've tried CTRL+F5? That should save a screenshot to the dosbox directory. I know for a gog installation you might not have a separately installed dosbox folder, but maybe it still works and saves it somewhere set in its config file. Might even to the game's own folder or gog folder.

Couldn't agree more. As a wee lad, only my big brother had a PC and he already moved out, so I could only play when we were visiting. Likewise, these, Wolfenstein 3D & Doom, and Kyrandia were my first ever games. I was absolutely bedazzled. So happy for this release, have been wishing for it.

There seems to be wilful ignorance as to what the Stop Killing Games petition is aiming for, and it's not to force active support games for eternity.

It's for future games to account for end-of-life transitions, peer-to-peer options, and to not lock SP content behind internet.

One of my all time favourites on the Wii. Loved it to pieces, and the capcom library reference collectibles were a nice touch. I still treasure it, was hoping for ages it would get a sequel of some sort eventually, but it was not to be.
