Picked this up in a charity shop without knowing anything about it - the line on the cover "Willy Wonka meets The Matrix" intrigued me. I don't really read much sci-fi but I loved this.

The 1-10 system just seems so ridiculous without some sort of explanation as to what the doctor thinks those numbers mean, so I sit there panicking as though I'm sitting some kind of exam and need to get the right answer rather than communicating what is actually going on with me.
