What also throws out self defense is they did not pursue on foot. When the car stopped, they didn’t know her condition. She could have fled on foot. Only the shooter followed and he walked. There was no attempt to apprehend. That right says she was not perceived as a threat.

Something that needs to be stressed is the agents’ actions after the shots. When the vehicle came to a stop, they were not aware of her condition. For all they knew, she was about to exit the vehicle and flee on foot. Only 1 agent followed by WALKING. They never showed signs of apprehension.

Well trained law enforcement would also have made a bee line to the vehicle, once it stopped, to apprehend and render aid. These were Trump admin goober hires.

He did have a chance but Crockett killed it when she jumped in. She’ll win the primary but not the general. Rural conservatives, which a Dem needs to win a state race, won’t vote for her. They’re not looking for a fighter. They want a low key, even keeled Christian. Everything Talarico is.
