Maybe this is too niche but the #WeatherChannel app updated on my phone and now requires me to create a log in so I can find out if it will rain in the next hour or not. I just want to check the weather & don't need another app spying on my data!!!

My current least favorite #romance #trope is definitely "I dropped my phone & it broke and completely died so I'm helpless to communicate with my one true love". Y'all there's more interesting ways for people to be prevented from communicating with each other!! I don't need that broken phone juju!!

Well this week has become a giant friendship breakup that I should have seen coming when this person told me too many women choose to stay in the workforce having kids. Excuse me while I crawl under a rock convinced everyone hates me, even though I know this is a good riddance moment.

I was told this week that #DEI has only been a thing since 2020/George Floyd riots. But I am a #womaninSTEM. I went to a science game through Girl Scouts in 2006. I attended Women in Engineering admitted students day at college in 2010. I would be in a different job in a different life without DEI.

The challenge of working on a #globalteam... You sign on to work on Friday at 8 am only to find you already missed a meeting because the invite was sent at 4 am today (12 pm their time) for a 7 am meeting (3 pm their time).

Honestly one of my biggest sources of hope right now is that the person who helped get Tim elected is now the chair of the DNC. #seeyain2026

As a former New Orleanian, I've seen awesome videos of the St. Louis Cathedral light show for the Super Bowl and also concern about using a church building... And I'm just confused? Like this is a public building and it's drawing more interest to it. They're not out here desecrating the Eucharist.

Honestly everyday is more disheartening right now. The confirmation of RFK to HHS, the dismantling of the Department of Education and the end of foreign aid programs. This is everything Trump 1.0 never accomplished but he came back bigger and stronger than before and I hate it.

So I joined Letterboxd ages ago and now I found out there's TV and musical apps that are similar for rating and sharing with your friends.... Is it too much to ask for one single app for this??
