I found the first investigative file from the first complainant against Epstein in 2005.

There are descriptions from the officer, over several interviews of the girl, of her pulling her knees up on the chair, drawing doodles, & the officer high-fiving her to keep her calm as she speaks of horror.

At the largest immigration detention site in the country, officers beat up Samuel, a detained teenager who uses a pseudonym, so badly, he had to go to the hospital. His right front tooth broke, and he said one officer "grabbed my testicles and firmly crushed them," while another "forced his fingers deep into my ears." He added that weeks after the beating, damage to his left ear was so severe that he now has trouble hearing.

Sexual violence against Black men and boys has remained a routine, and his-torically denied, aspect of anti-Black racism. In our everyday lives, Black men are publicly assaulted and exposed to the sexual coercion of the police state. Despite the violence that defines their lives under racism, their stories and these public displays of racism's sexual components remain an unapproach-able area of study under our current disciplinary arrangement of knowl-edge-specifically, the gender category itself. On January 7, 2014, Darrin Manning, a sixteen-year-old Black boy, was castrated by a female police offi-cer who found him suspicious. Manning was a child, a straight-A student; he was searched and patted down, then his testicles were squeezed by this wom-an of the state so hard that they ruptured with an audible pop. This is not as uncommon as one might think. Young Black males are constantly subjected to sexual assault and coercion in their daily encounters with the state, in the seclusion created on public streets through police interrogation, and under the aegis of now unconstitutional surveillance practices known as "stop and frisk." On August 9, 1997, Abner Louima, a Haitian man, was sexually as-saulted by Officer Justin Volpe in a Brooklyn police station. Louima was ar-rested for allegedly striking Volpe in a crowd. Once transported to the police station, Louima was forced into a bathroom, where Volpe grabbed his testi-cles, kicked him in the groin, and then anally penetrated him with a bath-room plunger. Showing no remorse-or, rather, showing the sexual etiquette of the police state toward Black men-he paraded the plunger around the station as proof of his conquest.
