It's okay - you don't have to follow me. I'm unlikely to follow back. Don't worry about unfollowing, either: not everyone's cup of tea
I'm not entirely free of this desire, myself. If that comforts at all.

It might be the only thing that gets through, tbh.

damage in the name of shock and awe and no other purpose to get one single person with 18 agents charging into a residential building.
I’m on the scene at Franklin and 1st. A convoy of about a couple dozen ICE/HSI agents broke the entryway into an apartment building at 6am. No warrant presented. Less than 24 hours ago, Tom Homan announced the end of large convoys in Minnesota… Bullshit.

I'm only liking that you are raising your son well. Not that someone considers you evil. (Phooey on them!!)

In the Netherlands, there are several reasons bikers will name for arriving late. One, of course, is the wind.

The other two are a flat tire, or "the bridge was up" - lots of canals, and bridges, so of course there's also that time that the bridge goes up, and you spend five minutes stuck.

Nor have I, but I retain a lot of fondness for the Lang Belta of the tv show. Wonderful move, to hire a linguist to develop that!

Hooray for safe arrivals!

Enjoy, and if you lift a glass to the memory of himself during that steak meal, I'd count it a favor if you added my own thankfulness to that toast. (He was good people, and I'm so sorry you have to go through this all. And appreciating how you're still doing your best.)

... as the friends who have suffered reversals start to build their responses.

There's more (there always is) but I'll put a pin in it there. Loving Spouse offered to feed the cats, and I gratefully accepted.

*Mind offers up image of all the beautiful writing next to the many sketches of plans and inventions by Leonardo da Vinci.*

Uh oh... I keep not wanting to know, except curiousity gets the better of me.

I'm encouraged to see you doing art, "like this" both for doing it while exhausted, and the power of it, even without knowing the particular circumstances.

Thank you also for sharing it.

Good words, good call back to history.
