I guess it depends on what your constraints are.

These are obvious from your screenshot:
a) no image should be wider than the viewport.
b) all images should have the same height.

But what about the scroll widget's height? Does it have a fixed height? Or is it dynamic with a max height?

My intuition tells me: If the other images snap into place to be centered, the last one should do so, too. This would need additional padding.

If it's "free scrolling" without snapping behaviour, I wouldn't add additional padding.

True center. The more real estate, the better. 👍

How dare you to imply that #rust is unable to detect business logic errors at compile time! 😝 jk .. You got me curious. What tools? What crap? #rustlang #dev

Yes. I used it a lot. As long as I could stay within #helix it was awesome. It, however, caused immense friction when working with other tools. Many support #vim bindings, but have no helix(kakoune) bindings. It was so frustrating to switch between helix and other apps, due to muscle memory mix ups.

Sounds very interesting, thanks 🥳 ... Sidenote: I'm using Bluesky from my phone (probably like many others) and wish I could see what the rendered output looks like right away. An example output in your readme would be very helpful in that regard 🙏

I ditched #Helix a while ago for (Astro)Vim. The missing plugin system was one of the reasons. I'm just glad that they are making progress on that front. It seems that the plugin system is still a draft. It looks like they tried #rust plugins, but didn't have much success. #rustlang #dev
Add Steel as an optional plugin system by mattwparas · Pull Request #8675 · helix-editor/helix
Notes: I still need to rebase up with the latest master changes, however doing so causes some headache with the lock file, so I'll do it after some initial feedback. Also, this depends on the ...

I guess it's not about telling people where he got his wallpapers at all, but to make as much money as possible from their desire. Not a surprise, .. still disappointing. People just want to have a little bit in common with their "tech thought leader idol" and he is shamelessly capitalising on it.

Login with Google, Sign-up for "Pro" plan 🤷‍♂️, and subtle "skip for now". I'm skipping. Asks to use personal data for ads. 🙄 I'm declining. Asks for sending notifications 🤔, anonymous reporting, and joining a newsletter. Declining again. Store for wallpapers. Most are not free. Collection of 6 = ~7€ 💸

Looks like a great tool. I would also like to highlight this feature:

"Automatically archive websites, either as local HTML file or on Internet Archive"

Especially archiving directly to the Internet Archive is very smart.

Since this tries to drag beginners into the #IntelliJ eco system, promoting the RustRover IDE: RR will cost you at least 82€ per year (except for individual non-commercial use) and is limited to #rust. Try #VSCode or #Atom instead, covering much more for free. Use #rustlings for exercises. #rustlang

Wordpress is derivative work from b2/cafelog, which used GPL2. WP has to use GPL2. I would even state that, if b2/cafelog had those protections in place, we would not have Wordpress at all, or at least not with this widespread adoption. WP Engine is only one bad apple. GPL2 is still a big net win 😊👍
