I feel guilty because my dad is depressed and likes seeing me, but being around him makes my depression worse because he just tries to hand me all of his anxiety. I have my own already and I can't carry yours, too

I think my parents constantly referencing that my dad will probably die soon has had lasting effects on my brain even though he is still alive. Please do not have children after 60 and then constantly unload your fear of death onto them for their entire lives, there's something wrong with me now

made the mistake of answering a call from my dad and now he has a lot of opinions about what I should be doing with my career and my yard and also don't I know he could die soon????? and I need to drive four hours round trip to get lectured and y'know I really wish I had something good to hold on to

I still think the dogs could have just been bulborbs. one of the best character designs ever made for sure

I think I liked Pikmin better when it was about very tiny middle aged salarymen exploring an empty, lonesome far-future earth and writing silently in little diaries, and humans were not acknowledged, but oh well; if that's what they want to do with it, sure. It's like totoro I guess

I can't just put the bricks directly in the grass either, I have to sit there with a clipper and cut away the grass first so they lay flat. I'd better get in HGTV magazine or something

I'm going to have to order a FOURTH pallet of decorative concrete bricks just to do a bare minimum outline/designation as required by the city

two horses died when a turret exploded, but that's mostly because there's no easy way to get an animal to disengage combat and escape once it's locked in

Is Moxie weird? It's like root beer but with a little more root.

I hear and see your concerns. Over the weekend, a couple users hosted on Blacksky's PDS were banned from the Bluesky app and thus the Bluesky API servers. This was a weakness of our system I've been aware of and hoped we had more time to address before any kind of public incident. 1/11
