I'm starting my last day of 2024 at my local library. I have to return some videotapes, renew a book, and see about joining the Book Club. There's something special about libraries - as I get older, the ✨️magic✨️ stays the same.

Loved seeing my great-niece (5) and great-nephew (3) last night. She's getting a real unicorn from Santa, and he knows the dinosaurs weren't real in "Jurassic Park" (except the T-Rexes, they were specially trained for tne movies). May we all dream so big!

Adding: plant native milkweed to your area, and be sure to clip it back once the monarchs should be on their way. Check migration maps and planting zones, and keep it native and natural!

Just moved to a small town, and the library has been a very important resource! Rural librarians are masters of the stacks and keepers of town knowledge. Showed me to city hall and the "easier" DMV, then introduced me to "The Good Life" and some Rose Wilder Lane. I'd be lost without the library!
