Oh, and I did do some SLIGHT balancing to the image, since it was to be for a profile picture; the original, lineart, and sketch are here:

The first time in a LONG time I've done an art for the express purpose of a profile picture (Discord being the primary such vehicle for said pfps, but now here too).

And the (mostly finished versions) of the inking and sketch. I used colored pens for the inking this time! I think I do really like the vibe of using colored pens in theory, but thick black lines definitely still have a place in my artstyle.

I've got mixed feelings about this; if you look close you can see areas where I had to whiteout over my inking because I had SEVERAL marker leaks while using the shading colors. I think it still came put okay in the end, but there's a lot to do better next time.

Oh yeah, here's the original sketch and lineart; I also did the coloring on paper that's not quite intended for it, hence why things didn't blend a ton.

Touhou's Alice Margatroid

This is the first semi-finished art I've done in AGES, and I've been working to refine/change my style a bit more to something that feels a bit more natural. This isn't all the way there yet, but I think I've set a new bar for myself.

More MHA TTRPG character art; this time it's "Noa" Iyasu. Not 100% on board with the lineart and coloring here, but it was kinda experimental anywho. There's a high liklihood I make a digital version of this one too.

The first art of any sort I've done in quite a while (like 6 months plus), so I figured I'd throw it on here. Colored with a handful of Copics, but I also added the lineart.
