I’m at a science fiction convention this weekend and it’s the first time in months I’m not meant to be doing anything in particular and my plan for the day is to lounge in bed for a long time and then hand out in the bar for a long time and then go back and lounge in bed again

A federal court has declared that warrantless searches of US person’s communications collected for national security purposes is unconstitutional. Now it’s our job to make sure Congress knows that when they renew this law in a little over a year.

A federal court has declared that warrantless searches of US person’s communications collected for national security purposes is unconstitutional. Now it’s our job to make sure Congress knows that when they renew this law in a little over a year.
I find myself in a rough situation right now. I'm trying to get an apartment, my job doesn't pay quite enough, and I'm currently out on the streets because my family kicked me out just for being trans. I could use the help if you have money to spare, anything helps.
