Akira Miyazawa – Bull Trout (Deep Jazz Reality, Japan 2022) - U can’t go wrong here…cheaper than an OG… near random elegance & dissonance… much like a good Giallo OST (less the blood)… Indulge yourself in the 26min A-side before taking the “break” to a bit more Free Form level… if U choose 😉
Masabumi Kikuchi - Poo-Sun (Phillips, Japan 1978) – Indulge yourself in the 20min A-side… at the time a 1000yen LP… once again all killer no filler… never about the LPs value, but the quality of the music on the record… fluid to the max 😉

Zombie and the Ghost Train (Finland, 1991) directed by Mika Kaurismäki – possible one of the better Xmas movies ever made… post dinner this is the movie of choice… that said in the meantime… knee deep in more optimistic Jazz from Finland 😉

I do like pan fried season #scallops with a coriander/scallion based butter sauce & dark crusty bread on the side set again a fine malt… some days it just B what the doctor ordered. rehearsing for #Xmas😉 Once the glass be done... the peppered mackerel on rice may be the order of the day... hic ;-)
