A reminder of the “lifetime” trap (both ways) 🪤:
1. Lifetime is only lifetime as long as the original owner still owns the product.
2. It’s awkward because you’re technically binding yourself to a customer who gave you $29 forever. Who is (and feels) entitled to perpetual support.
