Stephen Miller said the quiet part out loud. Trump has “plenary authority,” then suddenly went silent. Their plan wasn’t to be public yet. Clearly, someone hit the panic button in his earpiece.

It gets weirder: CNN uploaded the interview with the “plenary authority” comment edited out.

Amaurodios can barely walk without tripping over himself, so sports are pretty much out of the question. Hopefully he gets more coordinated over time.

I can rec a couple of my own books: THE GHOSTS OF MARSHLEY PARK and the Drew & Rayze series (first one is free on most platforms!).

Other favorites include classics like "The Haunting of Hill House." Check my video for more: youtu.be/tV-UoFPsdSQ?...

Accurate (for me).

And I'm not at all sorry about my em dashes or ellipses.

My least favorite thing is sitting down and drafting. I struggle to focus for long periods of time, and I'm also frequently interrupted by family and life things. Not to make excuses; I should be better disciplined. I'm working on that.

The Magi--and specifically their leader Sabine--are mostly interested in retaining power and hiding certain historical facts.

Telamenos wants to lay waste to the living world. And claim her children, who were taken from her.

Well, those who DO have the power either don't want to or don't have the guts. WE THE PEOPLE should have the power, but they are stripping that from us.

My great-great grandfather was born in Quebec and his wife (my great-great grandmother) was from Scotland... I know it's not a close enough tie to claim residency, but damn don't I wish.

I only need one scene/situation firmly & clearly in mind to begin writing. But that includes understanding the character(s), who and where they are, and what they want in (at the very least) that particular moment. I can take that small thing and expand from there.

I'm an editor by trade & training, so that's the fastest part of the writing process for me. Drafting takes ages. But I do enjoy "excavating" the story. Because it feels like I'm uncovering it as I go. Still, researching is probably my favorite part. It's fun to learn stuff!

Cee is afraid of losing Marcus.

Lucas is afraid of making another mistake that brings on tragedy.

Amaurodios is a little afraid of everything (but his natural optimism and curiosity wins out).

Aspasia is not afraid of anything.

I'd want to hang out with Landis, probably (from THE SWITCHGRASS CROWN), though George and Owain (from FAEBOURNE) would also be a lot of fun. As would all the ghosts in THE GHOSTS OF MARSHLEY PARK.

The only association with the desert in AElit is death, which is why the dead used to be transported there. The desert is the realm of Telamenos, her domain, and she's said to live in the caves there.

I'd probably be Brynnde (from BRYNNDE). She has many good friends and a wonderful husband. She lives a good life that includes travel but also a beautiful, stately home to return to. I have more in common with Andra from THE K-PRO, but I'd have fun as Brynnde for a day.

I think about dozens of books daily. Shakespearean quotes (usually "Hamlet")... My favorite manga... The last book that really occupied my thoughts for a long time after reading it was "The Song of Achilles" a few years ago. Though I do also stew over books I don't like.

There is one town at the very edge of the desert. It's called Tiya'Ong, which literally means "village at the end." The southern desert used to be a burial ground, and some of the people who live out that way still do the work of handling the dead.
