It would be nice to see the next dem administration go after all of these super consolidated businesses though. Start breaking up monopolies. It’s clear the media in the control of just a few giant players (many who are super duper right wing) has been harmful to democracy. Punish the oligarchs.

It’s also just so subjective. I had a patient with mild alcohol withdrawal that I thought was maybe a 5 or 6 and their nurse had scored them as a 24. The scoring is just vibes! The only thing it helps with is reminding me of the common withdrawal symptoms, that’s it.

Like how do I differentiate between a +3 and a +2 for sweating? Or a +5 or +6? It’s all vibes. And almost every question has the same vibe based scoring.

Such a good show. Amazing book series too. I hope they go back and make the last three books into a TV series at some point, those were the best of the series in my opinion

Yea I definitely could talk to my neighbors and people in general more about what is going on. There is that taboo about not talking politics but I think we need to move past that.
