Absolutely. Göransson's got his plaudits, but, goddamn, his SINNERS score is a knockout, especially when he goes full Fabio Frizzi during the climax.

Desplat did fine work on THE SHAPE OF WATER, but, my god, that category shouldn't have been a contest in 2017. Greenwood's PHANTOM THREAD score is an all-timer.

The first 20 minutes kill! Screened it at The New Bev ages ago (on a double bill with JOE VS. THE VOLCANO), and the audience ate it up. Those Paul Williams songs are jouyously awful.
