Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
Not because I’m an amateur short-order cook, but because my children are picky eaters and i like to pretend I’m fancy with simple ingredients.

Turns out the van is a total loss. Just went and cleared all our personal belongings (also, a bunch of garbage thanks to children).

I am pleased to share that I tried a new(ish) Thai place in the area tonight, and was surprised by the flavor and amount of spice in my red curry dish. Spring rolls were great too!
