Far as I can read, they're obsolescent and far from unbreakable, but still a hindrance that thieves need to work around a bit.

I highly recommend that you look into using Glaze or Nightshade (both free academic projects) to make your artwork poisonous to AI training. It'll help you defend against being fed to the slop machine.

Not that any of this ends up with a court judgment that might set precedent. They're gonna settle once they get a sense of the wind's direction.

If you're selling a single item which multiple folks might want, an auction or a lottery are the two ways to do it. You may also consider giving your patrons first dibs on the adopt. :)

I've read/noticed that more and more new games are dropping raytracing because the juice isn't worth the squeeze. Like Battlefield 6 doesn't have it, despite previous entries having the stuff.
