Suspending habeas corpus for anyone in the United States is suspending it for everyone, since anyone can be accused and disappeared without due process if habeas corpus is not guaranteed.

It’s misleading to frame this as affecting immigrants only.

Hitler suspended habeas corpus in 1933 using the Reichstag fire as the catalyst. After that, he was able to arrest his political enemies. America, wake up. Once these freedoms are gone, they don’t come back any time soon. And if you think they’ll just arrest illegal aliens, think again.
