After crying "AGI!" for years, #OpenAI's next model is yet again just an incremental improvement, at the cost of ridiculous computational power. This is not the way, and all the announcements are just hype to inflate the bubble.

Too many papers are written on AI tools for medical imaging from a computer science perspective and without the clinical application in mind.
