Absolutely. A spacious subsidized unit can mean so much to a family, with people coming and going over time as their circumstances change.

Good point. There are very few 2- and 3-bedroom units in these new developments--it's easier for the developers to make the numbers crunch with 1-bedrooms, so larger households are really in a tough spot.
