CD on @acerecords.bsky.social compiled by Bob Stanley (of course). The back stories in the commentary in the CD booklet are eye popping. Picked this up at the Ace summer pop-up shop in Chalk Farm about a month ago.

The new @acerecords.bsky.social comp CHIP SHOP POP is SO much my thing - 24 early 70s melodic Brit pop singles that should've charted, but didn't - but it's such a comprehensive set that even if I wasn't already in the bag for it I'd still be impressed.
