My anxiety is driving me to conversations in my mind about the philosophy behind feelings. What is happiness? Is it good or bad? Why? Is sadness good or bad? What makes it that way? I don’t think it’s good, it can be but it’s also not bad. Sadness isn’t bad because we feel bad, it can also be good.
