Not just chill out or down-time, time to unwind, but proper self-reflection and mindfulness* time. Time to process trauma or emotions in safety, without judgement even from your self.
* I was reluctant to use that word as with so many 'mindfulness' courses and such it sounded too corporate to me /3

Having an emotional moment last night it just dawned om me whilst planning some logistics for the day, that the price for my practical self and where I am in my working life has been my emotional wellbeing and making time for me.

Then not a mile up the road on a long curve everyone races round, a lady broken down. Stopped again to help but a kind truck driver from Seaways stopped behind me and he had a set of the same pucks and was happy to wait whilst services dealt with previous crash. Thank you Driver!

Is good to help..
Filtering through near stationary traffic for 3miles and came across a three car crash in the outside lane, no injuries thankfully. Used my hazard warning pucks and got traffic flowing safely until emergency services arrived. Was complimented by both Traffic Officers and Police :)
