I think 4 of the Aveila's will be stored in Philly. Quite frustrating about the Airo's though, they really need longer trainsets but I can see why they are not adding to them.

My agency also has agreements with his agency to allow for greater traffic impacts (level of service E for drivers) in certain areas. How does their personal view square with hose agreements?

Don't forget this project is coming from the same group that is rebuilding a $5 billion+ Key bridge for a mere 30k cars per day. Somehow, Baltimore has not been gridlocked since it's collapse

There are some newish bike connections on either side with plans for more. The Cross Island Trail and Kent Island South Trail on the shore side. The Broadneck Peninsula Trail almost connects to the Baltimore & Annapolis Trail, part of the East Coast Greenway.

Buffalo has rebuilt a short dead end canal downtown. Syracuse paved over their canal but could bring a short segment of it back.
