1/ Courts are supposed to assign judges. Prosecutors are not. As Kenneth Wainstein notes, we are no longer in a “normal time” where courts can automatically afford DOJ a presumption of regularity—that prosecutors act lawfully and in good faith.

She was devastated because her uncle has disappeared & no one can find him.
They believe he was detained by #ICE even though he has legal status.
