Anyone else feel like #Silo is a lot more book-accurate in season 2 despite definitely having made changes? Idk maybe it's that they took so much time to set Jules/Silo up. Absolutely amazing stuff. Idc how many critics are calling it slow, I'm here for it.

Easily one of my favorite things she's ever done because she really sat there with her thinking face on, took her sweet time and THEN responded in English and her mother tongue. 😂❤️
There is nothing I love more than seeing people reject their second language in public, such as Imane Khelif pretending not to understand French journalists and responding in Arabic. Decolonialisation in practice.

Kinda tempted to call in sick tomorrow and rewatch #Silo s2e1 a few times. Seriously can't stop thinking about the episode. I appreciate it may be a slow start to the season for some, but as a reader I enjoy how close they stayed to the book 😍 and those last couple minutes! Eeeek

My favourite "middle-aged Irish cis people making eejits of themselves over gender issues" moment this year was when they said "how would you feeling if (Irish Olympic Champion) Kellie Harrington had to box Imane Khelif?" not knowing that Kellie did box and beat Khelif in the previous Olympics. 1/
