Hahaha the Tories and Reform are indistinguishable. Jenrick, Farage, Badenoch - they all belong together. Meanwhile, Labour gets on with rebuilding the country they demolished through their divisive, narcissistic, regressive, awful politics.

How can it be that Reform lead in the polls when this is how people feel about the leaders? Make it make sense.

A picture is worth a thousand words…. And most of them here are unpublishable…

But if anything sums up what is utterly rotten, contemptuous, corrupt, unprincipled, traitorous, idiotic, incompetent and deeply dishonest about our politics… and particularly Reform… this photo is it.

www.bbc.co.uk/news/article... Again the fault of previous Tory govs. Even Ben Wallace says. NEVER AGAIN and never ever to Reform. Their politics presides over cuts even to our security AND pandering to Russia. Never ever must we allow the right to govern. Progressives must be better at storytelling

I've just seen a deeply worrying public comment on the BBC:

"I will continue to support Reform UK in Kent for the totally compelling reason that they are not Conservative."

Therein is what progressives are up against. People actually believe they're not Tory when they're made up former Tories!!

Whether farmers, welfare recipients, or pubs - this is a government that listens. Remember the arrogance of the Tory years? Call it u-turns if you want to - I call it sensible and pragmatic and is reflective of Starmer's personality. It is democracy in action.

Just one week in to 2026 and despite global priorities there is a lot of domestic good news to share. Labour are rebuilding our country and we are seeing the benefits.

www.bbc.co.uk/news/article... ....once again, well thought out, pragmatic policy from the government which I completely support. GDLs may work in the short term, but after 5 years of living in Canada, I would much rather drive in the UK than there. As for Greece, that's a whole different debate 😉
Learner drivers may have to wait six months before taking test
Proposed changes by the government may also include lower drink-driving limits for novice motorists.

I’m sorry but paying tax is patriotic. Running a fleet of taxis, paying drivers, servicing citizens in Cities requires good roads, security and people to have money in their pockets.

Uber need to pay their taxes. Boycott them as much as possible.

Interesting to read this article and find the overwhelming majority of people are supportive of what the gov is doing on inheritance tax. Don't fear the polls. As Blair once said - they are about as useful as the weather forecast for tomorrow's weather www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Farage uses the classic right-wing playbook again showing he would govern by name calling just like his mates Trump & Putin. By saying Starmer is running a banana republic, he seeks to distract from the great economic news we've had today because of Reeves who again laughs in her detractors' faces.

To the people of Wales and Scotland: Reform and Farage are NOT your answer. You've never put the Tories in charge so why are you thinking about it now? Look at who Reform are....just a load of toffs, racists and former Tories. Farage is the true traitor. Please don't ever give him the keys of power.

Busiest day of announcements I can remember. Our Labour Government do more in a day than the Tories did in 14 years.

Our workers are better protected, our Politics will be better protected and our BBC will be updated. And that’s not to mention house building 👏👏👏

Leaving the EU was economic self-harm on the biggest scale possible. Leaving Erasmus along with it was social and cultural self-harm in equal measure. The announcement that is coming on rejoining it is therefore a massive win! Well done Labour and well done campaigners! 🇬🇧🇪🇺

Finally some strong comms from the gov! New trade deal with Republic of Korea, dental reforms, policy delivery to come in 2026, review into foreign interference, review into BBC Charter..... This is what we need every day. There is a positive story to tell but it is not being told well enough!

December 16, 2025 at 6:03 PM
The Brexit Baffoon is finally being held accountable. He already made his downfall many decades ago but Labour has a role to play. We must not descend into the gutter where he plays. Instead we have to do a wholesale revamp of our comms to make sure we always hold on to the political megaphone.

Simple truth for Trevor Phillips and Laura K.....we should be CELEBRATING lifting hundreds of thousands of kids out of poverty. This is a GOOD thing. You should be holding Badenoch to account for the Tories' decision to put those kids into poverty. The media in this country is a disgrace.
November 30, 2025 at 8:56 AM
The media really get me. Yesterday they were saying the Budget is about Party more than country. Today they are trying to find any Labour MP who is miffed off at 6 months rather than day 1 rights. Proof govs can't win, ESPECIALLY this Labour one! Man alive!
November 28, 2025 at 8:12 AM
On employment rights, Labour's manifesto said we will CONSULT not we will enact!! I would rather have a gov that is pragmatic and partners with business and unions. Under the Tories we had neither. If some Lab MPs carry on not playing as a team we will end up with Farage as PM. Shape up!
