HEWLP I went to the bathroom for 30 seconds and came out to my almost 4yo saying “mom I made a trail of goldfish for her to follow me!”
I am disappointed to admit that this absolutely worked and 1yo is now following around her older sister like a dog

I have a visibly swollen cervical lymph that feels absolutely ginormous on palpitation 😆😆
I also saw that I have tonsillar exudates so I probs have strep but DAMN
Sent this pic to my husband with the arrow signs so he’d feel comfortable recommending clinical correlation 🫡
