Since I'm here for a few days and have a sore throat, I'm becoming a connoisseur of Puerto Rican soups. This was a tasty homemade chicken noodle soup. I got avocado on the side, expecting a little bit of avocado, and received this massive slice (hand included for scale). It was very yummy. 🤤

Tasting menu on my excursion was awesome. Goat cheese balls with beets and greens, shrimp with mango salsa, flank steak with rum sauce and potatoes with white chocolate, and carrot cake with carrots three ways.

I took a chairlift to the top of a mountain in St. Maarten. The view was awesome!

My leafcutter ants have finally fed their fungus garden! That little pink bit in the picture is a cutting from a rose petal. I've had them for a while, and this is the first time I've seen them feed their garden. I was starting to get worried that they weren't going to & that they might not make it.
