Posted my first content update for Inscribed: Heartstealer. I've added a Secret Boss that was hinted at but never finalized, made edits to all 4 character classes (Origins), and made more fixes across the 240 page book. If you want my future plans, click here!

Been busy today, 2nd cutscene had some extensive work done on it and now it plays from start to end. WIP as things are teleporting, the timings of a lot of animations are off, and art is not final but proud of the work so far!

Why mix Equipments into a Deck Builder.
While you explore in Inscribed: Heartstealer, you gain your memories in the form of cards and these cards are your combat actions in the game, similar to Slay the Spire.
Unlike other Deck Builders, this game only has 52 cards, with 1 copy of each card.

I got my first sale and I achieved one of my dreams of releasing a game out to the world! I'm going to be making a number of posts about it for the foreseeable future, starting with a few videos with a playthrough of the first few days and some of my design thoughts as I was working on the game.

Now that my game is out, I'm not sure what to do. I'm planning to make a video talking about my design thoughts and uploading it onto the page and maybe posting more of my journal from the first campaign I ran but the feeling of being done after working on this for a year feels strange.

The oscillation in this game between "I'm a fucking God. I'm so big brained" to "My luck is garbage. How am I going to handle this?" To "Alright, regroup, what the fuck do I need to do to solve this problem" is absolutely crazy.

I can't believe that I've been delayed in working on my game because I'm having fun playing through my game. This scratches the Slay the Spire itch that I've had in such a wonderful way. I've sort of entered into a Weaponless build due to an equipment drop and strong cards from my starting Origin.
